Helpdesk & Engineering Support

Our ITSentinel™ Desktop and Server solution allows you to have access to best practice configuration and support.  We have invested in our staff, their training, and the technical tools to enable them to manage any environment. 

ITSentinel Desktop & Server Management capabilities include:

  • Helpdesk. We provide a staffed helpdesk as part of our IT service.  Various plans are available to meet your requirements. 

  • Monitoring. Our managed service team monitors issues by running hundreds of automated tests on an ongoing basis. When issues are detected, alerts are automatically generated 24/7 – initiating workflow responses dependent upon the alert’s type and severity.   

  • System Audit and Discovery. We install agents on your servers and workstations in order to collect and document inventory, including hardware specifications, security information and installed software.  Custom reports can be generated for you indicating any desired information about the hardware or software on your network. 

  • Scheduled Maintenance. We conduct scheduled maintenance on a monthly basis. As a part of this service, we install server patches and updates to ensure that you are protected against the latest vulnerability threats. This maintenance will occur during one of three maintenance windows between Sunday morning, Sunday night, and Monday night.  You reserve the right to request that we reschedule the outage to align with your business needs. 
  • Permissions Management. Both on-site and cloud-based systems require security layers that must be managed. We assist with managing who gets access to which resources in your company.
